What you agree to
You agree that agreements, notices and records (including these policies, receipts and tax information) may be given to you electronically and that your typed name plus checkbox is your signature. This consent covers your account for as long as it is open, under the federal E-SIGN Act and your state's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
Paper copies and withdrawal
You may ask for a paper copy of any record at no charge by emailing support@advicey.com. You may withdraw this consent at any time by email, but we may then need to close your account because the service runs online. Withdrawal does not affect anything you signed before.
What you need
A current web browser, an email account, and a way to open or save PDF files. We email you a PDF of anything you sign. If these requirements change in a way that could stop you from accessing records, we tell you first.
Keep your email current
Update your email on your profile page so notices reach you.
