Acceptable Use and Content Policy for Advicey.com (version 2.3, October 2026).

Not allowed

• False claims, fake identities, or posting someone else's matter without authority.
• Multiple accounts, or any attempt to earn more than the allowed bounties.
• Collusion between a poster and a lawyer, or any payment between them connected to Advicey.
• Scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, or trying to reveal redacted details.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or sharing anyone's private information.
• Defamatory statements about people or companies. Describe facts you experienced; don't accuse named people of crimes.
• Contacting other users outside the steps the platform allows.
• Uploading malware, or probing or overloading our systems.
• Using Advicey to solicit, advertise for, or recruit for anything other than your own matter.

What we do

Remove content, pause or close accounts, cancel bids, reverse bounties, and report crimes. Decisions can be appealed once through the Complaints Policy.
